The Path Ahead of Murli Vijay is Not an Easy One - The CBTF
The Indian team was pretty happy and relaxed after their win in the third test match. But the mood was not as smooth for the opener Murli Vijay and Kuldeep Yadav. Both Murli Vijay and Kuldeep Yadav have been removed from the squad, as they were supposed to play an important role in the Tests but were not as exceptional as they were supposed to be. Prithvi Shaw and Hanuma Bihari are their replacement in the squad. Kuldeep, however is not in such a pickle as Vijay. He will play in the four-day match against Australia which will be played in Vizagand will be part of the India ‘A’ squad.Kuldeep’s non-bowling arm is his main disadvantage as it gives up on him in delivery stride. As said by former left-arm spinner Dilip Joshi “He should be able to overcome this flaw with a little guidance”. For Murli Vijay, things don’t seem so good.
